The 5th Annual Turtle Island Pow Wow will be held Friday, October 3rd through Sunday October, 5th, 2014 at Hardy's Loberg Park on the banks of the Spring River. The event will be held from 9:00am to 6:00pm each day.

The friendly folks at 3 Rivers Outfitters are ready to help make your trip to the Ozarks unforgettable.

Whether you want to raft, tube, kayak or canoe, 3 Rivers Outfitter's knowledgeable staff will help with gear, equipment and shuttle service for your trip. Let their professional crew take care of the arrangements, while you enjoy the scenic Spring River with your family and friends.
Native Americans will be dressed in their tribal regalia and dance, tell stories, share customs and trade crafts. Beads, bead work, leather goods, and artwork will be available for purchase by the public.

The event has grown into the largest in Arkansas and participants have come throughout the region.

The public is invited to bring lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy the dances, drumming and songs of Native American ancestors.
